Picture your basic generic square mirror in cherry. You’ve seen a
million of them at JoAnn’s, Michaels and Hobby Lobby, etc. This easy
project required painters tape and some paint. I chose to do a striped
pattern using Chalk Paint® decorative paint byAnnie Sloan in Old White & Graphite. Do you know why it’s
easy? Because when you use ascp you can leave the mirror right in the
frame and wipe off any spillage with a damp cloth. My kind of project…
Determine the width and number of stripes for your project. Then start
by taping the top and the bottom stripe off first. This ensures that you
have equal distance on both top and bottom. Then, arrange your tape in
the remaining square footage. I eye balled mine. Wasn’t perfectly equal.
Again, this is supposed to be quick and easy.
