Even when I’m packing and preparing to move 1700 miles, I’m still thinking about furniture. Not my own, but ones that I can re-purpose and refinish. It’s a love of mine. And no matter what else I’ve got going on, I’m always on the hunt for the next project. I fell in love with this table instantly. I loved her curvy base and her scrolly and chunky legs.
She had a beautiful cherry finish, but she was scratched up a bit. I
chose Chalk Paint® decorative paint by Annie Sloan in French Linen for her outside. On the inside of the
drawer I painted her Old Violet. Then, I dressed her with some fun
yellow knobs. I love how she turned out. She would be beautiful in an
entry or in an office.
