The Second Avenue Table
This round oak table has seen some
years but it still had plenty of life left in it. A client asked me to
update it into a game table for her play room.
The base was painted in Chalk Paint® decorative paint by Annie Sloan in Old
White. The top was stripped and re-stained in Walnut. The table was
then heavily distressed and waxed for protection. We added some
refinished antique chairs to go with it. You can view them here.
I love the combination of the dark top with the light base. What a facelift!
